location was very good. rooms were very nice. the spa and pool was great. Im not sure if Portoroz offers a better place to stay at then Kempinsky.

I loved the whole concept. Just to wake up in the morning with the view of the boats in Marina is perfect. The house is more like a apartment with a perfect uper deck, with Jacuzzi and the view. You can really organize your time as you like, be active or just take it easy. In the evening is perfect moment to relax and watch the stars from hot Jacuzzi tub.
Everything is close by. The beach is not a perfect one but it’s close one and you can always easily go for the swim. The house has everything you need and the host Igor was helpful in organizing everything to run smoothly. Thank you for that.
I will definitely come again.

A very short stay arrived afternoon and an earlier check was accommodated which was greatly appreciated at around 12.30pm. We checked out as had to leave early to catch bus we were gone by 6am.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Good location. Air condition in every room. Only 10 minuets to the nearest beach by bike. Close to the local towns at the seaside. The host is very nice and open to help.
Very nice, clean, well-positioned hotel near the beach. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel with lots of well-kept plants and cypress trees. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, and will satisfy everyone's taste. A wonderful outdoor hotel pool right on the beach. We will definitely come back again.
It was a really special experience to stay on the sea for a few days. Very well equipped, practically furnished accommodation. Special and good location, the rooftop was amazing, and there was access to a beach as well (only few steps from the door). Eva was really kind and helpful. And there was a beautiful sunset in front of the floating house on the beach.
Great location on the beach with good facilities. Extensive buffet style breakfast served until 11. Staff are very pleasant. The bed was really comfortable. We love the balcony from where we could watch the sunset. A short stroll to Piran, a charming place to explore with plenty of eateries to choose from.
We had an excellent experience. The hotel has a very calm atmosphere and it feels like total vacation.

Very good food, perfect location on the beach and very close to Piran Old town. Free parking. We spent a nice week here. Some parts of hotel very stylish, but some other would need renovation. Overal, very good value for money. I can imagine we'll come back.
For families this floating home is a great place to be. The whirlpool is after a evening tour in Portoroz the best place to be. Take a look at the seaside and enjoy the evening. The only thing you should have with you is a bike or E-Scooter. To get to main beach by feet is possible but takes some time. With a bike or an E-Scooter you will enjoy the holiday even more.
