The apartments are modern, quiet and spotlessly clean. Great facilities including AC, Wifi, cooking equipment and high quality bedding. The beach is and supermarket is really close by. Most importantly, as a solo female traveler I felt very safe. It was like a home away from home and Matthias the host was so friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Matthias for everything. I can’t wait to come back.

We stayed at Peponi Apartments for 2 nights when we first arrived on Mahé and it was the perfect accommodation for us to explore. The room was very clean and well equipped, bed was comfy and the pool and balcony were a lovely addition, not to mention the beautiful views over the water! A lovely place to watch the sunset. We hired a car which was ideal as the apartment is up quite a steep hill. There are many well stocked shops in the area and the apartment is close to Beau Vallon beach which is lovely. We would 100% recommend a stay at Peponi Self catering apartments!

The property is right on the beau vallon beach which according to me is the best beach in Mahe. We could snorkel on the beach just opposite to our stay. And you will find a sandy beach for swimming towards the left which has nice eateries and beach benches on rent. There are more than a couple restaurants and super markets in the walkable distance. Also the bus stop is right opposite if you are not renting a car. More over Cecile was very welcoming and helpful and also the staff is very friendly and cordial and ready to help.

The facility manager was were friedly and supported us all the time. The cleaning of the facility was perfect. located 5 min foot walk from Beau Vallon. We can recommed the facility to everyone !

It was a really wonderful stay. Host were just perfect and we had really nice talks with them about Seychelles, living in Seychelles, travelling ... about everything really. In the end they took us to airport out of their own time (during small family event) and without any charge (I insisted paying in the end). House was nice and really quiet and there is a wonderful view from the balcony, watching dolphins during your morning coffee. Strongly recommended. The property is outside Bea Vallon, so getting to there is 10-15 minutes walk.

Paolo and Nicole are wonderful hosts at Villa Roscia, including some last-minute schedule changes from us and scoring a reservation at a local restaurant that is usually completely booked. The view over Beau Vallon from the balcony is incredible at any time of day, but especially at sunset. Everything about Villa Roscia exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend them to our friends and would stay there again if we ever return to the Seychelles.

Everything was excellent. The appartment is centrally located at a walking distance of 3 minutes to the beach and walking distance of 4-6 minutes to all restaurants of the Beau Vallon beach. It is fully equipped for a perfect holiday. The owners are very friendly and made their best to make our stay perfect. Highly recommended for beau Vallon area as one of the best places to stay.
