Stella was helpful and we adored our view over the beach and promenade, the light and airy atmosphere, the well equipped kitchen , washing machine, fabulous blinds that worked well to create a dark bedroom at night. The clothes rack on a separate balcony also very handy.

Everything about this apartment was perfect: the location close to the beach, the appliances, the beds and kitchen utensils. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a typical-typical seaside budget hotel for beach lovers to stay in the summer season. At other times there is nothing going on, so it is very quiet.

The Joy Beach House is really a great place to stay. The room(Sand) was spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and I can't think of one single reason to give this location anything but a ten out of ten rating. We are going back again but this time I went straight to the Joy Beach website to book our room because you can select the exact room you want to stay in plus they have much better photos than Booking.com. They have five rooms all with a different theme and layout.
Ines was really kind and helpful, the place is quiet and cozy. Amazing view from the room, and breakfast area. You can watch the stars from the balcony while listening to the ocean. There is a beautiful beach and good restaurants close-by.
This hotel is a real gem on the coast of central Portugal and all aspects of our stay were truly exceptional: the location is beautiful, the rooms are cosy with a personal touch and perfect sea views, the breakfast is delicious and the family and team make you feel welcome and at home. Hotel was very well located, at no more than 5min walking distance from all restaurants, bars and beaches of Sao Pedro de Moel. We particularly recommend the Estrela do Mar restaurant. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast/restaurant room had an outstanding view over the Atlantic ocean. Good breakfast and even better coffee.
This beach house is really amazing! They only got 5 rooms and it is clean and stylish. We wanted to stay in a calm little accommodation, that is close to the sea and everything was exactly as expected. We booked a room with garden view but used the shared terrace to enjoy the evening sun. We loved it and would definitely come again. :)
