Property overlooks sunset and is within walking distance to a number of places to eat and a corner store for basic groceries.
Bungalows are roomy and comfortable with a small fridge for storage and a couch. Electrical sockets are right next to the beds which is convenient.
There are free bicycles and kayaks to use and a communal kitchen with individual bar fridges for each bungalow to store their food. Coffee pod machine was free to use.
Arrived on the first ferry and staff were kind enough to show me around the property while waiting and made the effort to clean and turn around my room early so I was able to get in around 10am.
They also recommended a transfer service which met me off the ferry. Price seemed comparable to what I've seen taxis would cost.
Would definitely recommend.

A little paradise in Moorea. We had amazing time staying there. Loved our little bungalow. Beautiful sunset! The garden/beach are also nice! Kayaks are provided for free and the kayaking at the sunset is very picturesque. They have super friendly dogs. The host is so welcoming and pleasant, you will feel at home!
There is pretty good pizza just across the street and big supermarket. You can also order local takeaway. Very convenient!

Beautiful location. Can watch sunset from the property. Not to many options nearby but about a 5-10 minute drive to a town with more food options.
Garden was beautiful and well maintained.

Everything for us was superb. The bed was so comfortable. We loved the white decor and our balcony was magic. Saw mama whale twice!
For us it was the perfect mini resort, although sadly we were only able to be there for 2 nights.

The bungalow has an easy-to-access parking, a terrace and a pool with spectacular views of Temae Beach and Tahiti. It was very well equipped, especially the bed, which was super comfortable and large, and the bathroom was very spacious.
Temperature was great, and everything was very clean.
Tevaite & Cedric were incredible hosts very welcoming and extremely pleasant and attentive to us. They recommended places and restaurants on the island, showed us aspects of the local culture, and even lent us snorkeling equipment!
Unfortunately, we could only stay for 3 days, but we would have stayed 10!
We definitely recommend this place. If you come to Moorea, don’t hesitate to stay at this Happy Bungalow! We would like to come back again and again :)

We Loved the stunning outlook which never looked the same while we were there, we had rain, clouds, sunshine we were happy with them all, the pool was clean and perfect to cool off in, or even swim in the rain! We Loved having the kayaks we used them several times, however the weather was never perfect enough to snorkel ( until the day we had a snorkeling trip booked), we still recommend using them!, we did see a stingray each time we did, especially over by snack Mahana. The accommodation is beautiful and has many extras, they are really easy and helpful to deal with and we highly recommend this lovely home to stay in. Thanks so much for letting us stay.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
This rental was authentic Moorea. Furnishings were rustuque and decorated in pure Tahitian style - the location was so perfect for us - right on the beach with our own private “fairy@ pool. Beach was pristine and cleaned daily.
Location was perfect. Right on the beach with access to kayaks. We even kayaked to see the rats and sharks. Lovely to relax on the sun loungers on the open balcony in the afternoon and watch the sunset. Kitchen facilities are a bonus. Being able to use kitchen and prepare own meals from 11am - evening was convenient! Would be the ideal venue and place to stay for a family trip gathering/event/birthday.
we liked everything about our stay at Fare Tokoau. Tea immediately makes you feel welcome. The location of the property is fabulous- right on the beach, the bungalow is very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our time here.
nice location, great little houses on the beach, everything very clean and looked after, kitchen was very well equipped (there was salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee…),dogs and cats behaved great and are very sweet, snorkeling in front of the property was great! sunsets were amazing! Alex and Tea were always reachable with tips and recommendations and tried to make our stay as nice as possible
Great location, right on the beach, close to supermarkets , shops and restaurants. The bungalow was very nice and kept clean during out stay, the veranda with 2 chairs and a table very handy for watching the sunset ( we had the beach front bungalow) or just having a drink. The communal area was lovely too snd the option of using the kitchen any time ( even if only yo make tea or coffee) very handy! I would stay here again!!
