The location and staff (Lois and Owner) were fantastic. The place has so much potential and I believe it will get there very soon. Although there is still lots of work needed.
The swimming pool is huge and inviting and the accommodation is right on the beach but also close to all amenities

There was no breakfast the kitchen was closed. The beach was very nice the owner was very helpful she arranged a tour for me with a couple staying at the hotel to save a little money also gave me an upgraded room. A nice refrigerator in the room to keep drinks cold. Internet was good

Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, clean room. Location is convenient to do some shopping to take with you if you are headed to the beach. It’s essentially attached to a mall with a supermarket and the main square and everything you may need is right outside.

Seems to be the nicest hotel in town. Rooftop terrace is nice. Fitness center has lots of options. Being connected to the mall via the restaurant was a bonus. Also, the pedestrianized street leading to the river is an island of (relative) calm in bustling Tumbes. If you want to stay someplace nice before heading up to the Mangalares or down to the beach, this seems like your best option.
