I had no expectations, really.I just wanted to relax and see the islands. I was amazed from the minute I stepped on the boat!
I had such a warming welcome. The crew was amazing through the whole trip, the captain Exequiel takes you to the best snorkelling places and islands, and you don't need to worry about any planning. Don't worry about any equipment. Everything is there for you ,even kayak and paddleboard included in the booking.
My room was perfectly comfortable and clean, I was sleeping with the window open to look at the stars.
I can't miss mentioning Stelly and her delicious meals on board .I miss them already.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and you can't beat the view being right on the water! The island itself has so much to offer in terms of pristine water and water activities (swimming, snorkeling, etc) and we also loved the daily excursions they took us on to other nearby islands for just an additional $3 per person per excursion.

Without a doubt, this was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. The San Blas Archipelago is a true Caribbean paradise, boasting turquoise waters, beautifully secluded beaches on tiny islands, and stunning coral reefs waiting to be explored.
However, this trip with Guadalupe and Esteban was so much more. You genuinely feel like part of their community and get a glimpse of what it's like to live on a boat. It's a unique experience, far away from the typical tourist crowds, allowing you to truly connect with nature.
Set in Waisalatupo, Private Room in San Blas Islands PLUS meals offers accommodation with a patio. The lodge offers an à la carte or continental breakfast.

This is sunning on the beach as it should be, a lot less of the traditional 'comfort' you would find on a more commercial resort. The custodians (native people) look after you, but also stay out of your way. Communication with the custodians on the island is limited if like myself you only speak English, however all communication with the travel agency was consistent and prompt.
You have to be prepared for a more basic way of living, which is just what I was hoping to gain out of it. The islands truly are worth a visit and one of the most magical places I've been on this planet.
My booking experience was smooth with no issues despite me booking two days prior to the trip.
Facing the seafront in El Porvenir, Play to Live San Blas features water sports facilities and barbecue facilities. A solarium is available for guests.

Oh well, what can I say? San Blas is a paradise on earth!!
The luxury is to be within a pristine place with only some more guests of the other sailing boats and some locals on the local islands.
From what I understood, Guji is owned by a couple that lives in Germany so we had a different crew than the owners, two women.
We loved the food that the chef prepared, it was delicious!
The boat was also very clean and nice, bed was very comfortable.
We did snorkeling in some nice places with corals, they had the gear we could use. Saw many starfish and one eagle ray, very special.
We thought the time we spent in the boat was perfect, 2 nights. Less than that is not so great since the water taxi to arrive to the boat takes long (like 1,5h-2h each way) + car ride from Panama City. More than 2 nights I personally believe you start missing the big city life comforts such as air-conditioning and shower. haha but many people stay longer and enjoy, for sure there are many islands to visit and a lot to do and see. We didnt use but they also have a stand-up board you can borrow.
Cabañas Tubasenika features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Ailigandí. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen, room service and organising tours for guests.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window.
