Everything was superb. Our room had not been ready when we arrived at the hotel, but they provided us iced coffee with whipped cream and cookies for free at the restaurant so we could rest well after a long drive even while waiting! It was a great service.
The room was spacious and super clean. The receptionists were very friendly. We enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool very much since we expected that the temperature wouldn't go high enough to swim in the ocean at that time.
We'd love to stay there again next year! xD

Close to public transport (bus), walking distance from beach: about 20 mins, several options, recommend taking the entrance Boswachterij Westenschouwen, nice trail through the dunes plus a lot of other beautiful hiking trails.
Some really nice restaurants ("Het Vissershuis" and "Il gallo") about 10mins walk where there's also bike rental available at a small convenience store ("Lokaal Westenschouwen").

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. The location is great. Nice surrounding area and very close to the beach as well as beautiful villages.
There are also some nice perks in terms of staying in the park: the indoor swimming pool is a massive plus, the activities for kids, all the playgrounds throughout the park, the supermarket (although you still need to go to a bigger one if you want any fresh products…)
The hotel is clean and comfy and near the beach. The breakfast is OK but the restaurant is not so good for other meals. The spa stuff -- sauna, steam room, whirlpool is very nice. It is a good place but get your meals in town, a short walk away.

We showed up on their closed restaurant day. No issue, The bar was kept open by the front desk and there are restaurants on the beach 850 metres away. Like the pool and very laid back.
Superb location, literally on the beach, and great views on seals on a sunny day. Lots of great walks available right from the hotel. Lovely, comfortable and quiet rooms.

Perfect location at the beachfront and really good facilities: sauna, steam bath and swimming pool (indoor and outdoor); excellent breakfast with the possibility to eat outside when sunny.
Perfect location and Duinkamer is actually a half-house with ground and first floors. We just missed a coffee/tea maker in the room, but you can land a wantercooker at reception. Breakfast is perfect, with good weather we enjoyed the breakfast on the terrase! Beach is 5 min walk, perfect for dogs!
