Breakfast was substantial...we were able to make some rolls up for breakfast...it included an omelette and bacon, ham and cheese and lots of lovely rolls and yoghurt.
Room was delightful and bed was extremely comfortable. There was a lovely outside seating area overlooking the garden.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. The room was cozy and well furnished. The beautiful old town of Lemmer and the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The breakfast was rich and tasty.
Liked that Margriet met us with the key and showed us around the house, she was on hand whenever we needed a little extra information or assistance and nothing was ever too much! The house itself was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Location is perfect, close to the beach and the centre of Lemmer (but not too close that you have noise/lots of people!) We will definitely be back!

The hotel is situated in the picturesque town of Lemmer. From the hotel it is a nice walk along the beach into the center. It is especially good if you are an avid walker or cyclist.
The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. It is easily accessable by car, with spacious parking.
There is a great gym room available to guests. The bar is very comfy.
The apartment was great and the location amazing. We were very close to the beach and within walking distance to the boat channel and its restaurants and shops. The apartment was light and airy and had a small kitchen area and nice bathroom. The balcony had a nice view of the sea.
Location is easy to get to, nice walk to the center and the beach. Price was good. Excellent beach club at walking distance. Breakfast was good, enough to choose from, not being used to normal filter coffee gave us the opinion this needs more attention.
Excellent service - the owner was very friendly and did go above and beyond to provide a good experience. The included breakfast was excellent.
