Owner Evert was helpful in providing information and giving advice of where to go and what to visit. The hostel is also very centrally located, just a stone's throw from the centre.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Staying at Paradiso was one of our best experiences traveling Latin America. The room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant yummy, and the beach spectacular. We kayaked, paddle-boarded, swam, got a massage, and enjoyed lounging with delicious drinks.
Food is good value especially with free breakfast. Right on the lake with free kayaks and tubes etc. good seating areas on the “beach” and in around the hostel. Really comfy beds too and showers / bathrooms also very good
The location is just amazing, with the view on the lake. The place was kept well in order, everything felt nicely thought out. For example there are some working desks with lake view, charging ports inside the locker. A beautiful beach to relax and using the kayaks is included. Everything was superb clean.
The place was perfect. The vibe is very nice, it is like a mini resort with a small beach by the lagoon and a good restaurant. We slept in the dorms and it was really comfortable and calm even if there's 15-20 dorms in each building. They have nice things you can use such as tubes if you want to relax in the water, kayaks, floating deck, etc. They offer a shuttle to Granada which is really cheap (3$ USD). We would go back again.
Beautiful location with great views and beach access to the lagoon! Bar and restaurant were great both in price and quality, not to mention the staff was friendly and accomodating. Good mix of locals, solo travelers, and groups.
Location looks amazing, nice places to swim and lay on the beach, great staff, good food. Not much else closeby, but the hostel is very relaxing so there’s no need to leave.
This place was SO beautiful! Such an oasis with an amazing view and direct beach access. The floating dock and kayaks were really fun. It was a perfect place to bring my family, all the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was exceptional and the food was AMAZING. I definitely will be coming back!
