Very pretty, close to the beach, surrounded by jungle, a few kms or miles from Playa la Flor, (the turtle sanctuary - well worth a visit, particularly during nesting times), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, full gas stove and oven, bar fridge, it has air con, but we didn't need it. Lovely deck to sit out on. Wifi was great. The woman who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and brought the drinking water I requested within a couple of minutes. Small hotel. Quite charming.

Everything was great about our stay apart from the access road which is in very bad condition, I'd recommend to have a 4x4 in case that you're interested to move around... The beach was like a private paradise and the hotel staff was very helpful and next to us whenever we had a desire, at last I'd like to state that the setting is breathtaking.

The location is spectacular and the free breakfast excellent. We stayed in a sea-facing room at the top and it was great. Good surfing, no loud music, friendly staff. And all the day-trippers go back to SJDS in the afternoon, leaving the place all to yourself.
