Casa maya is in a fantastic location right by the sea. We enjoyed the nice kitchen and the room was clean. Faith was also a brilliant host and very kind to us.

Very pretty, close to the beach, surrounded by jungle, a few kms or miles from Playa la Flor, (the turtle sanctuary - well worth a visit, particularly during nesting times), comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, full gas stove and oven, bar fridge, it has air con, but we didn't need it. Lovely deck to sit out on. Wifi was great. The woman who greeted us couldn't have been nicer and brought the drinking water I requested within a couple of minutes. Small hotel. Quite charming.

The water slide, pools. and diving area were incredible. Food was excellent with good options. Breakfast was excellent. Loved the location nestled away in nature. Grounds are stunning. And of course the "standard king room" is a full size suite / 1 bedroom apt!

Loved breakfast 😋 the staff's attention to detail, Karen, Aracely and German were always very attentive. The facility in general clean and maintained. The pool was the right size (not big not small) especially clean and there were no chemicals odor.
