The place was incredible, and the people in the neighborhood were just as wonderful. The nearby trails made it easy to hike to Las Animas, which was on my to-do list. The owners went out of their way to return my iPhone charger after I left it in my room. I'm truly at a loss for words. Even though I was traveling solo, I never felt unsafe for a moment. This place is a must-visit! Thank you again to the owners for a wonderful stay and for making me feel so secure.

It was on booking.com and I was looking for a hotel in the romantica zone, and it was 25 minutes out of town . In boca de tomatlan, and not in Puerto Vallarta. Tried to cancel right away, and management wouldn't let me cancel. When we got there and they had a restaurant that had just opened. Which was a nice surprise as it was for our 20th wedding anniversary the next day (Saturday ). We had breakfast the next day and asked about having our Anniversary dinner. They waiter asked they chef what the latest we could have dinner. Which was 4pm . So we went at 3:45 and they told us the chef had already cleaned the grill and was closed. We were very disappointed 😞. That night a party boat pulled up at 8pm and was a booze cruise with strobes and super loud polka
music/ranch music UNTIL 6 AM!!!! So, no sleep. And the manager tells me that it's every Saturday night.

This property was amazing! Great views wonderful private pool and lots of fans to help with the heat. The wrap around balcony was perfect! The little private beach was wonderful! Would stay here again! Only thing I would say is air conditioning would have been nice, but the fans helped! Beautiful place!
So close to the beach! And only minutes from the town. Amazing view and very cool at night. Very good value for money. I had to work a fair bit while we were there and the Wi-Fi was solid, enough even for a video call.

We loved everything about the villa. The beautiful pool and views were spectacular. We wished we had stayed longer and if we ever come back to the quaint beach town of Yelapa we will.

Beautiful location , loved that the rooms are open to the beach, listening to the waves at night was incredible. In the morning the staff would set up our chairs and umbrellas on the private beach.

Excellent place, close to the beach a short stride across the river or there is a dock where the water taxi drops you off. Close to the town and waterfall.
Spacious, equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, really comfy beds. No AC but there is a fan in each bedroom. We enjoyed relaxing and watching the sunset and sunrise in the hammock whilst listening to sound of the sea.
Would definitely stay again!
