Front desk very friendly, Ximena was helping us with the tour and assisting with the taxi that took us to the airport. She was very attentive and polite. Excellent customer service. Super clean, bed, pillows very comfortable. Nice shower. We felt very safe walking at night enjoying downtown life music, restaurants, etc. Everything was close to the hotel.

About one mile to zócalo or main square. Buses all along the boulevard to zócalo or city centre. Don't offer breakfast but still good value. Quiet street.
