Thick walls and floors and the neighborhood is quiet so you're able to sleep well. Local restaurants, Oxxo, drinks, and more are just a quick walk. The security personnel were kind and friendly. The booklet provided was helpful and full of great suggestions; thank you. Even though we didn't have kids with us, I appreciated the attention to detail (bunk bed, small desk, and a stroller in the closet). Small gym available as well.

Absolutely great apartment, very comfortable, cozy, with positive energy! on the first floor there is a beautiful hall with a small kitchen. on the upstairs - 2 warm bedrooms. all towels and linens was super clean, fresh, smelled fresh. All necessary utensils was in the kitchen. the owner Zuli are great person! she's respectful and helped us with solving many issues not related to the apartment.
