Exceptionally designed. The staff go above and beyond for every guest. The hotel is extremely close walking distance to the city center, but far away enough that you don’t hear any noise from the center it is so quiet and tranquil I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Hearing the birds in the morning was my favorite. Theres no children (win) and its a beautiful experience for couples. They even made my birthday extra special with flowers which is super appreciated because I unfortunately have food poisoning *NOT from the hotel* it’s a very small property, which i appreciate. they are currently adding a coffee shop to the property as well as adding some landscaping while we were staying there. Its so nice I cant wait to go back.

Our stay at Ximena truly exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a quiet part of town, this new hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The entire staff was so kind and treated me and my friend like family. But the best part of this hidden gem… THE WIFI. As a digital nomad who works remote, a lot of people told me prior to my visit that the wifi is terrible in the entire town of Sayulita. It goes without saying I was nervous getting there, but let me tell you… the wifi at Ximena is FLAWLESS. Honestly, the best wifi I’ve probably had in all of Mexico. I was able to join video calls, connect consistently to my VPN, etc. all without any issues. Not to mention the rooftop is the PERFECT workspace. Seriously so impressed. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time I visit Sayulita!

Very nice kitchenette wtih daily coffee provided. Next to the road but very quiet once you enter the courtyard. Staff is incredible.

Everything! The staff, location, rooms, facilities. It was all amazing! The hotel is very close walking distance to everything. It's quiet at night. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious,. Rooftop pool was incredible. Would highly recommend.

Good location right on the south end of the bay. A short walk to pretty much everything but out of the chaos of the main town area. The pool was very nice and rooms modern and comfortable. Everything you would need for a stay there. A few things came up and the staff was very accommodating and did their best to make sure everything was dealt with. Thank you.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff would go out of their way to prepare the breakfast you liked. The rooms were comfortable and it was very quiet. The staff is very helpful.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in a perfect location which was 5 minutes walk into town or to the beach. I loved the cafe in the hotel premises, their food and coffee are great. Hotel staff were awesome!

Vane DLA Mexico

Everything was great! The view is impressive, and all the staff is super friendly! Vane and Rafa were very kind and provided all we needed. They lend you everything you need, sunscreen, beach bag, hats, beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboards, beach umbrella, everything! The location is just a couple of blocks from all the restaurants and all the scenes. Access to the beach is nearby just a 5 minutes walk.

Colorful. Quirky. Good facilities. Staff always friendly and helpful. Loved the al fresco living area, comfortable room inside, Good bed and aircon. Pool was big enough to cool down after time at the beach. In the center of town, so many local eateries, Good and cheap. The noise was shut out from outside.
