Nice hotel tucked away in the jungle. Staff is super friendly. There are a few included activities e.g. Mexican ritual in the Temazcal (something like a sauna), yoga and you can bike to the nearest cenote. Food here is good (we didn't have the breakfast though because we wanted to leave early to go to Coba) and we loved the agua frescas here!

Muare was absolutely beautiful! We felt as if it was our private little oasis in the jungle. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the private back yards were a highlight for us! We really enjoyed the outdoor shower. The restaurant food and drinks were amazing and we loved enjoying them by the pool. All of the staff was exceptional. Being able to communicate to staff and restaurant via what's app was so easy! We especially loved the service by Nicholas and Brian the waiter. They were so friendly.

I was beyond surprised how amazing the Wakax Hacienda premises are. It’s like a secret “little” (though it’s not that little, 18 acres) world in Tulum. There was so much to discover and so many different beautiful corners. I loved the tours that were included in the price. We would not have gotten that quality anywhere else - the tour guide was so professional and funny and we had an incredible under ground river experience. Now I know so much about cave diving etc. Also - it’s so cool that you just go and take a bike or a paddleboard and do your thing. + the morning yoga was so good! Everything is free of charge and gives a really warm welcome and that the hotel owner really cares about his guests. Staff was amazing as well. The restaurant by the lake is breathtaking.

Everything was amazing.. the property looks better than the photos! The rooftop pool was so clean! Laundry for $4 was pretty good too!
