This is the most perfect place to stay while in Tulum. It's a very short walk from the Tulum Center, which makes it peaceful and an oasis away from the busy area and main street. The pool is a lovely respite after a hot day. The ambience and esthetics of the garden are beautiful, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee there. The staff is polite and very accommodating. Special mention has to be made of Julieta...she's the 'Gem' of Casa Elda. Absolutely nothing is a problem for her to organize or book for you. She communicated with me days before my Arrival to ask our interests so that she can suggest sites and activities for us. She was able to schedule our entire week; finding us a Temazcal Experience, Full Moon Cacao Beach Ceremony and so much more exciting Tours! She suggested Kaan Lumm...a definite must when in Tulum. She's a lovely host. Along your walk to Casa Elda, you'll find some amazing, tiny restaurants...the meals are reasonably priced and delicious. The area felt safe, and we walked daily. For breakfast, at the beginning of the street is a fantastic street stall by the name of Monkey's Bar...great fresh smooties, tacos and avocado toasts. Directly opposite Casa Elda was a little convenience store that was stocked with everything you may have needed. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated without being cluttered. The kitchenette was clean and they provided coffee, tea and a few cold drinks. Drinking water was readily available daily. The bathroom had bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. It made travel and stay quite comfortable. Should I visit Tulum in the future, I will surely choose to stay here once again.

Nice Check in with welcome drinks, amazing experience straight from the middle of the jungle, a perfect place to calm down and stay among nature, very nice staff who make sure you feel as good as possible, Our concierge was Javier, he did a really great job, thanks to him we didn't have to worry about anything he was very friendly, the restaurant serves delicious tacos and drinks, don't forget to take advantage of the temazcal ceremony, which is included in the price of your stay! Very clean, soft and fragrant towels! We will definitely come back here!

I moved from the regular room to the room with a pool, and it was well worth it. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Big dining room table. Comfortable couch. Cool backyard with a pool that lights up (nice touch). Massive bedroom with cozy bed, plenty of space for clothes, and a shower with piping hot water. If you need anything, message the property manager and they’ll get back in touch with you almost immediately. Top class!

The room's view was simply amazing! Waking up to the sound of ocean water and feeling the breezy Mexican wind was super relaxing! The hotel's infrastructure is really good! Jesus was really helpful during our stay - he gave us tips about cenotes and places to visit, and even lended us his own charger for a day while we got an outlet adaptor.
