This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious and have every amenity you could want (there was a hot tub and plunge pool in ours). The swimming pools are unreal and the quality of the food and drinks second to none (there wasn't a meal we had that I wouldn't have paid for in a restaurant).
The thing that sets this place apart though is the service. We had our own concierge (Natalia) and she was the best thing about our stay. There was nothing that was too much for her to do and she was a really useful source of information on transport/excursions etc. Natalia also arranged all our dinner reservations and was a real point of difference for our stay.

Property is in perfect location right on the marine and only a short walk to beach lovers and divorce . Staff super friendly and helpful . Nice pool area with a fun bar . Mao at the reception is very helpful and is ver Knowledable and speaks really clear English .

The staff are lovely and I was surprised to read the other reviews as they are so helpful often under provocation...some guests very drunk and rude to them
There are so many activities to do including yoga a well stocked gym and loads of poolside things like volleyball
The entertainment team deserve huge credit it's at cruise level and the show where they reenact 45 singers was just so good.

This place is fantastic! The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and the two bedroom suite was phenomenal. Staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to help. Pools, hot tubs, restaurant, and bar all top notch. Guys at the activity center helped get many things going for us.
