The staff were amazing, the room (penthouse, room 8B) was jaw-dropping, and the whole hotel feels unique and with a lovely atmosphere. The property manager "Meemo" was so helpful and we enjoyed a few jokes together. He responded immediately to any of our requests and as I said to him the staff in a property make all the difference and he was brilliant. The apartment was well equipped and well maintained with a daily cleaning service. We have tried other properties in the Zona Romantica and this one didn't have the overnight local club drumming beat that the previous ones had which disturbed our sleep. So happy about that!!! Definitely a go to place.
