Cleanliness, steps to the beach, very attentive staff, nice pool and the best tacos ever right across the street. Plenty of A/C and hot water. Very comfortable bed too. There's an Oxxo about 10 blocks away. We were 10 minutes from centro Progreso by car.

Very clean house situated close to the beach. Nice garden with a table to have dinner outside. We are very grateful to be accepted with our cat. Easy access to Progreso by Uber (60 pesos, 10 minutes). Helpful stuff, thanks a lot to Michel for driving us to the drugstore in the night when our baby was needed ibuprofen!
Beautiful and quiet condo a very short walk from the beach. Access to the pool immediately from the master suite, easy access to the roof for hammocks and loungers. Markets to purchase supplies a short bit away. Hugo was extremely responsive and helpful.
The place was very clean and comfortable. It is only a short block from the beach. The rooftop terrace and palapa terrace had amazing views of ocean and mangroves. It was a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive.

this is a beautiful home! we loved the spacious rooms and open plan living area, that opens out to the huge deck and pool and sand area. the direct access to the beach was brilliant. we had an amazing time here

The back yard is really nice enjoy your morning coffee watching all kind of birds flying across, the jacuzzi is perfect!
