Origami Inn Himandhoo, hotel in Himandhoo

Located in Himandhoo in the Ari Atoll region, Origami Inn Himandhoo features a patio. It provides free WiFi, a private beach area, a garden and a restaurant.

We spent 36 wonderful days in the guest house. Everything was just awesome. We were with my wife, children, grandma and grandpa. The children and my wife and I stayed in a family room (two double rooms connected by an internal door) which we used as a two-room apartment. Grandpa and grandma lived separately. The rooms are very large and bright. The ceiling height is more than 5 meters. Each room has a bathroom with a shower. Each two rooms has its own water heater, so there is enough hot water for everyone to wash after the sea. We really liked the open storage system. The island is dust-free, so things stay clean. The beds are comfortable, linen and towels are changed on request. They clean quickly and cleanly during our breakfast. The air conditioner provided a normal climate in the room. Each room has a large terrace, where it is very nice to read a book in the evening. There is a small, very beautiful garden in front of the terrace. The room has a second exit, which leads to an open clothes dryer under a canopy from the rain. Since the air conditioner fan is directed at the dryer, the clothes dry almost instantly. At the entrance to the guest house there is a place for storing water equipment, which is convenient to use. The owners of the guest house also own a great restaurant, which is literally a 3-minute walk away. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in this restaurant all the time. You can make a menu in such a way that you won’t get tired of the food in 30 days. Important clarification: order food by time and you can also specify your preferences. Everything will be ready at the specified time and the way you like it. If you just come without warning, be prepared to wait. We highly recommend trying fresh grilled fish and seafood. There is pizza, burgers with chicken and tuna. Also, from the side dishes there are spaghetti, rice, vegetable salad, French fries, boiled potatoes and much more. Also try the Maldivian breakfast - I ate it every morning

Sevinex Inn, hotel in Himandhoo

Abu and Ali are very attentive, structured, serious people and run a tight ship. As a result, the place is very clean and quiet and well-cared for. They communicated the rules and their expectations at the beginning. Ali gave a tour of the island when I arrived and loaned me snorkeling fins for free. The included breakfast was really good, and my room was very, very comfortable. The wifi worked quite well. Ali also proactively gave me all of the information I needed for the public ferry, helped me get my things to the dock when leaving, and followed up later to make sure I had arrived safely at my destination.

This is the ultimate small rustic chic resort. They provide everyone with sandals - but if you have a beach unit (best choice in my opinion) It is small enough to not wear shoes the entire holiday! We’ve been to this resort twice, and it’s still great!

Absolutely amazing resort that is very clean and quiet. The staff was always very nice and tried to fulfill every wish. Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant are great, the sommeliers also offer a wide selection of wines from all over the world. The a la carte restaurant Alizee is also a gastronomic treat. The beaches all around the island are beautiful and the location is also ideal for snorkelling. There is absolutely nothing to fault, we were completely satisfied.

Beautiful hotel at the beach on a calm local island. Staff are incredible nice and there is variety of tours available, so there is no chance to get bored. Snorkeling with mantas, turtles, fishing...you can do anything. SUP rental was available too and it was great to paddle around. Akeyz is very attentive and ready to help. There is a roof top restaurant and they also serve delicious coffee. Thank you for beautiful memories :-)

Good place if you want to stay in Himandhoo, the owner waits for you at the jetty and your luggages are carried by a small mini van to the guesthouse. There you are greeted with fresh coconut and a beautifully decorated, nice, clean, ac room with own bathroom. The owner can arrange excursions, he is willing to help whenever you want, he even came with us to snorkel next to bikini beach and showed us the best reefs. He is a fun and nice person. The guest house is not located next to the beach, but it has sunchairs at the bikini beach for free.

Very lovely, beautiful and silent island in the Indian Ocean. General Manager Henri, bar and restaurant staff were very friendly. The housekeeper Maaher was visited our room twice a day for cleaning. The beaches were excellent. Snorkeling and fishing experiences were unforgettable.
