The room I stayed in on the ground floor had a wonderful balcony with sun loungers facing the pool and ocean view. The room was close to wooden floors, very clean, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom. There was a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast surprised me as I was expecting a typical American breakfast, but we had an excellent buffet with a variety of eggs, bacon, cheeses, fruits, etc. The breakfast really exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy parking, and the hotel is located on the best beach in Saint Martin, Bikini Beach in Orient Bay. The location of the hotel is truly privileged, with several good restaurants nearby, a supermarket close by, and many places to have lunch by the sea. The hotel provided excellent chairs and umbrellas.

Everything! The hotel is super clean and pretty, the rooms are really comfortable and the location is really good if you are looking to relax on the beach and go to restaurants on orient bay! I would say that from all the island the best place for couples is orient bay and within orient bay La playa is the go to hotel!!

It is walking distance from the beach and from the small comercial area of the region. The apartment has all you need for cooking, sleeping, beach towels, washing machine. Everything you need to be comfort. Max is lovely and helpful.

Loved the location, a short walk to the beach. Beach bar just before the beach with the best Mojito ever. The apartment was huge, clean, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung washing machine, cook top, large balcony, two, three piece bathrooms and on and on. Highly recommended this apartment.

everything we needed has been provided in the apartment. the Contact with staff was amazing she accomodated everything we needed. the beach and restaurants were nearby.

The property was a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to restaurants, pubs, bakery and groceries. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you Alex for all your support. He was always there when we had a question.

The host was very welcoming and provided us with local information about the restaurants and the general location. We were having a small issue getting on the Wi-Fi and he took the trouble of returning to the house the ensure we were all set. Location is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tons to do for my teenage daughter and her friend. Balcony view to the beach is a great place to gather for a glass of wine or a little family happy hour!
