Brand new room, huge and very large room, well equipped, bright, very clean, huge double bed, balcony, fridge, TV, high speed internet. Elevator at the hotel. Another elevator from the parking lot. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, according to reviews. We drank coffee and hot chocolate there at the expense and generosity of the landlord and manager. The owner and manager of the place, Mr. Lobo Lekic, is a great person, pleasant in manners, speaks a variety of different languages, has extensive experience in hotels and hospitality. A charming person, super pleasant and kind, cordial, welcomes guests with excellent hospitality. All the rest of the staff are wonderful, smiling, polite and courteous. The breakfast is excellent, delicious, tasty, varied. The dining room is very clean. In order to get to the underground parking it is best to put the address in the navigation app: Slovenska obala, Budva or register "Hotel Budva" about twenty or thirty meters before the mentioned hotel and about the same distance from the entrance to the street on the right you will see Barrier Gate (look at the pictures). As you approach the Barrier Gate it goes up and you can go down to the floor minus 1 or minus 2. In any case there is also an entrance to the hotel without a car from the street. It is best to talk to the hotel before arrival and they will help. In any case do not give up this hotel because the parking looks a bit complicated. It is an amazing hotel with wonderful and good people and this hotel deserves to be full all days. Excellent hotel from all aspects, highly recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended.

The location is very good. The bus station is within a ten-minute walk, and the bus stop to Sveti Stefan Island is next to it. It is next to a five-star hotel, and you can enjoy the hotel's restaurant and other services at a discounted price. The property is located at the best possible place to have a view of Budva every morning when you wake up and at every sunset, of course some might say that the road all the way up to the hotel is difficult but thats the price you have to pay in order to enjoy the views! ( to be true it is not hard, only if you have just gotten your driving licence and are insecure behind the wheel) The people who are working there are something that deserves a separate paragraph as they have played a big part in shaping our experience of the hotel, as they are very attentive, helpful, kind and always happy to assist in any situation!
