Staff was incredible friendly, we also met the owner wo was super nice and explained us the history of the place.
Rooms are spacious and clean. There is nothing missing from our side, one of the best places we stayed during our 3 week trip.

Our fabulous host Laila met us upon arrival and couldn't have been nicer. She showed us around the beautiful riad and made us mint tea with delicious cookies. There are three bedrooms and it sleeps 6 people; also a wonderful little roof garden with table and chairs with spectacular views of the beach and city. Two bathrooms with excellent shower. Two airconditioned fans for the rooms, and excellent WiFi and even a TV for watching YouTube. I was travelling with four kids and very tired - as we were there for just one night, Laila organized a taxi for us to the airport for the next morning. We were met by our amazing driver in an air-conditioned bus across the road right outside the entrance of the kasbah. I would highly recommend this fantastic riad for travellers - please note that it is located inside the kasbah so you are getting a truly authentic experience.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
You can find anything you need, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés near by. Its super easy to find a taxi what makes other essential parts of the city like Medina, seaside, the train station easily accessible
Three rooms with 2 king-size beds (combined by 2 single bed) in 2 room and 2 single beds in the other room. 3 mins walk to Rabat beach and 3 mins walk to old market of Rabat. It’s easy to see the stage of Mawazine music festival from the rooftop. Perfect location.
Incredibly close to both the Medina and the ocean, offering the best of cultural exploration and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the convenience of the basement parking was a significant plus.

Pleaseant stay in Hotel Lutece, nice location for both city center/market area and seaside. Delicious buffet breakfast provided. Room a bit small but suited well our needs. Staff very polite and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Excellent value for money
A beautifully maintained and well-kept hotel, situated by the beach, perfect for enjoying the sunset. It's a bit further from the city center, but you can walk there in half an hour, or take a taxi for 5 minutes for 3 euros. Considering that the hotel is actually quite old, we were pleasantly surprised by how well it is maintained. Cleanliness is top-notch! Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Host was very very friendly and helpful. Good communication before we arrived and met us at the apartment to give us the keys and show us the place. The location was excellent, one road parallel to the ocean and walkable along the seafront to the Kasbah, Old Town, Mausoleum etc. Also close to the Photography Museum. Beds were comfortable and good to have block out shutters. There is a supermarket only a couple of hundred metres away.
The view from roof top is incredible, 2 minutes by walk to the ocean and beach with surfing schools, close to train station, beautiful room, and it was cleaned every day, amazing staff - they help me print my ticket and book taxi, huuge breakfast for 1 person

The host Houssam was very helpful and kind , he give us all the information we need during our stay and anything we need he will respond right away ,the flat is clean and freshly painted , and the facilities such as the kitchen is great bonus and the the higtlight of my stay woud be the wonderful view of the seaside.....
We are literally 5 mn walk from the ocean !
We will definitely come back to the same property in our next visit to rabat
