The hotel was convenient to get to the airport and Colombo. Great view of the ocean and the city skyline from the roof terrace.
Pubudu was excellent. He was fantastic at helping us store our bags, arranging transport to the airport and generally was great at his job. Nothing was a problem for him and he had such a positive attitude.

The staff here are lovely and go to great lengths to make guests happy. They assisted me even before we got to the hotel by contacting a tour company to ask for a new start time due to a delayed flight.
The rooms are kept very tidy and quite clean. Each had a lovely view of the pool and the ocean.
Overall, it’s clear the staff really make an effort to do good work in what they can control.
We were served a tasty western-style breakfast.

I was looking for a relaxing 4 days after India and Pegasus certainly lived up to that.
I needed somewhere where everything was on hand which it was.
The room was spacious and clean.
I opted for the breakfast and evening meal option, I am glad I did as it’s was a real smorgasbord for the money paid and well worth it with soooo many options.
I was a little reluctant to try out the fish restaurant on site initially for lunch as I know from past experiences they charge like a wounded bull !
How wrong was I , good value for money for what was on order and the service first class.
A really nice experience was had and to top it off finding a marvellous taxi driver named Jude who was amazing and still calls me for a chat now, god bless him.

Very nice location, friendly staff. Pubudu and the other guys there were all great. Close to Colombo and to the airport as well. Beach front, even though we didn't go to the beach in the short time we were there.

We stood one night at Bivon, before departing next day from Colombo, and our stay couldn’t be better. The place is very clean and right by the seaside, rooms very comfortable and breakfast yummy :). Dinesh was extremely helpful at every moment and we just would like to thank again for the hospitality and the car rides! See you soon.
The hospitality was exceptional. Mr Dinesh recieved us at airport in the middle of night. Great service. When my child got sick he took her to hospital also. A very kind gesture from the hotel was they arranged for special food for my daughter during her illness. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. It's right on the beach and the humongous windows of the room augment the beach view experience. Wifi is good and the pool is cozy. Would 100% recommend. Everything was taken care by Mr Dinesh. Staff was helpful. While there was no driver accommodation facilities for my driver, the owner/manager was quick to assist with a separate room booking for him on short notice.
