Super nice, cozy and clean house, really helpful staff. Good and fresh breakfast. Perfect place: nice pools, access to the wonderful beach, like a private paradise. You can feel the nature around you: monkeys with their babies, iguanas, birds, mango trees etc. We also enjoyed the massage treatments they offer. Everything was perfect.

Saman was a wonderful host in a very special place. We absolutely loved the chalet and it's setting with a wealth of bird life to watch from the verandah. It was lovely to have our own kitchen but then also to have the opportunity to have an evening meal cooked by his next door neighbour which was very delicious. The other fabulous thing was it's location looking out over the bird sanctuary and couldn't have been better placed for the early morning boat paddled bird watching trip on the lagoon which was out of this world.

We had the most amazing and peaceful vacation ever! Do not mentioned the location and our private host/Chef Lester, who is beyond expectation. Way beyond! The garden is wonderful and relaxing - and so breathtakingly beautiful. We had excellent dinners served and cooked by Lester, I believe we had better then any restaurant there! Do not mentioned about the best private pool ever and nice bay around the property. Cannot wait to go back! The location itself is indeed silent and peaceful, apprx. 3 hours driving form the airport if Colombo. The airport shuttle is available - if you need it. if you are looking for tourist place/restaurant/citylife/etc.. probably it's not your location. If you want/need to spend some time in the Paradise, and make your head empty than this is the perfect choice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Tanderra in Sri Lanka, which was an amazing experience. We were a party of 6 all female friends. From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility that surrounded us. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well maintained. Each bedroom was comfortable, featuring plush beds, high-quality linens, and 3 had breathtaking views of the ocean. The expansive dining table was perfect for long lunches. It overlooked the pool at one side and the garden on the other. Really felt that it was inside outside living. The staff at the villa were exceptional in every way. They were warm, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. From the moment we arrived, we received a personalized service that left a lasting impression. The private chef, Santha, prepared delectable meals, showcasing the finest flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine, and the attentive housekeeping staff Sampath and Darshana ensured that the villa was always in pristine condition. In conclusion, our stay at this amazing villa in Sri Lanka was nothing short of magical. It exceeded all our expectations in terms of luxury, beauty, and hospitality.
