We were greeted by the house manager. She gave us a tour of the property and answered all of our questions, offered her contact information in case anything came up while we were there.

The hosts were amazing.They could not have made us more welcomed if they tried, nothing was too much trouble. Whilst the location was exceptional you will need transportation. We are hoping to return in due course.. Word of warning if you play dominoes look out John is far more adept than he makes out. We truly loved every aspect of our time there. The most glorious trip! We loved every single second of our honeymoon. Our hotel room was breathtaking and the view of the Pitons was perfect. The service was exceptional.

The view is best described as truly breathtakingly beautiful!!! The breakfast served was scrumptious. A really authentic St. Lucian breakfast. It was served with fruits making it a very satisfying meal.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly staff, and they give a personal touch. For example they realised it was my birthday when we checked in, and added a special touch to the dinner that night. We enjoyed the wine tasting, and they had a good list of house wines available with dinner. I'd definitely recommend getting the plunge pool if your budget allows! Every room has amazing sea views.

Great staff, great rooms (especially the Grande Butler Suite), nice food, and a great vibe. Have stayed many times and always enjoy. Located very close to the airport so very convenient after or before a long haul flight. Feels like family. Highly recommended for a 7 night romantic break.

The Balenbouche estate feels like a place from a bygone area. The grounds and the house are picturesque, and a very different experience from modern hotels.
Host was lovely and super friendly / kind, breakfast was good but I thought it was included in price and only realised when final invoice arrived that it cost $15 per person per day.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
The property is very conveniently located, you're 5 minutes away (by car) from Vieux Fort center and Anse des Sables Beach, while Laborie Beach and Hewanorra Airport are 10 minutes away.
Brigitte is a wonderful host, always ready to help and she gave us a lot of insight and advice about the surrounding locations - shopping, beaches, restaurants.
The rooms are very nice and clean; both villas have kitchens where you can prepare your breakfast.
The garden has plenty of plants and flowers, and the view of the sea is great.
The buffet food was pretty good, as was the one on-site restaurant dinner we had. Room was spacious, had well-stocked minibar & cold AC. We also had a pretty ocean view off our balcony. The resort landscaping and grounds were very nicely maintained and had no pesky beach vendors. The weather was simply perfect!
The entertainment and the resort were awesome! Beach was well kept, staff did a great job combating the seaweed build up. Didn't feel cramped plenty of space when in the pools. Water slides were awesome, I could see them expanding that area more. We stayed on the harmony side this time but if we ever traveled there with our kids I think it would be just as great!

The Lazy River
Lorraine is a super host and nothing is too much trouble for her. The location is lovely with a nice sunny terrace plenty of cooking and eating facilities and easy walking or taxi distance to stunning beach and local restaurants. Highly recommended.
The accommodation was close to the international airport. Supermarket and Domino Pizza were a 5 minute walk and
a nice beach was a 30 minute walk where there were several bars and restaurants. Our Flight was not until late in the evening, Bella allowed us to use the room until we needed to leave.
Loved the hotel very close to the airport so super continent, friendly staff, good food never got bored of the buffet and the restaurants were all great. and lovely beach and kite surfing school
The food was good - depending on the time it would be very busy. Upstairs the service was so slow and we didn’t receive what we ordered.
The Buffett area was very busy and noisy. Needs to open earlier for children. Need some noise reduction. The water aquatics were great. Not being able to walk past the perimeter of the property was a bit upsetting for us Canadians as all beaches in Canada on the ocean are open access.
