Excellent ocean view. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and well looked after. Would definitely recommend, if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of 7MB.
It was quiet! It wasn’t too far away but just far enough! Theres a grocery store nearby and restaurants within a 15 minute drive! The beach and pool are immaculate! Well worth it!
The house and grounds were immaculate. The lack of AC in the common areas was NOT an issue because when we got home every afternoon we would open all the exterior double doors and enjoy the amazing sea breeze. since both the front and back porch are screened in, insects were not an issue. The proximity to the beach was appreciated and we found tons of sea glass. The pool is small but big enough to cool off after a morning run and my kids loved it. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were helpful.
