Check in was a little tedious because I arrived at their second building which houses the dining area and swimming pool. However, I was promptly karted off in their mini kart akin to a tuk tuk to the right building some 400m opposite.
Some small issues with the creditcard machine but I was treated to some fruits and water while waiting.
My room was a lot smaller that my previous hotel however acceptable. Multi chained TV, Minibar and hot drinks facilities. Excellent wifi..code free.
Breakfast was good but perhaps less so if vegetarian…I wanted to order a vegetable soup but was informed that the broth was pork flavored!
However, lunch or dinner on the seafront with sandy beach was truly bliss and prices reasonable. One could also pick up the wifi there.
The staff were amazing welcoming and diligent.
Lest I forget, if like me you like to continued working out while on holiday…a visit to their gym is a must. Fully equipped ( nearly as good as my home gym…and that’s saying something!!) with all the machines and some, even a punch bag, two water fountains, a sauna and a steam room. One is issued with towels at no cost on arrival at reception.
At departure I was given a lift to the ferry port to get the boat to Kon Rong. Wonderful service!!

The property is advertised as separate secluded luxury villas, however they are attached to the Mafiya resort. All of the facilities were based out of Mafiya resort, which included just one substandard restaurant.
The photos and website paint the picture of an exclusive villa accommodation, however they are extremely close together and to the main resort rooms, which were loud, and antisocial. Privacy was at a minimum, and food and drinks options were comical, based on the steep pricing.
Staff were accommodating when we wanted to cancel the rest of our reservation after just one night and helped us at every turn.

Very nice hotel! Excellent location with huge private beach. Close to Sihanouk town. Hotel staff were great and always helpful and proactive in every aspect. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety! Food choices in restaurants were plentiful and affordable.
We went diving from Sihanoukville and to get to the dive center was only a 20 mins Touktouk ride. So even for that the location was great. No need to get to a hotel on Koh Rong to go diving.

The management & staff were great - they arranged very comfortable transport from Sihanoukville airport to the hotel for our large family group and were willing to accommodate our sometimes strange requests. The New Year's Eve party arranged by the hotel on the beachfront was very enjoyable - excellent buffet and great entertainment. The hotel location is very convenient for catching the boats across to the islands (Koh Rong etc).

Good atmosphere, perfect location right on the beach with lots of hammocks! Bungalows were very basic but what we expected from reading the reviews. Food was good too!
The hotel upon arrival looked beautiful on the beachfront, one of the reception staff assisted up and provided us with an upgrade which we thought was great a larger room. The hotel had a shuttle a couple times a day to local areas which was great.
Perfect location for airport with a beach thrown in. Great to watch the sunset from the beach. The bungalows have a nice tropical feel. Despite building work nearby it was surprisingly quiet, calm and relaxing. Great food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the full restaurant.
Loved this place. So chill, but still social. Right on the beach, the bungalows are excellent with mosquito net and proper bathroom. The bar is a quite fun place, loved the people there. Good food, good drinks, reasonable prices. Everybody was nice and welcoming.
