It’s hard to find fault with this hotel. The staff could not be more friendly, efficient and attentive to your every need. The food was excellent with great variety and you really feel that you are valued and not just another guest. The staff really make you feel at home and very welcome.
There is one main restaurant which serves a different buffet nightly which is excellent and one other restaurant on the beach so for those who like a large resort this might be on the small side.
The rooms are spotlessly clean the only thing that could be improved upon are the bathrooms which need updating but were very clean with fresh towels daily.
The beach is beautiful and the deck chair service is excellent, we found our towels on the chairs each morning ready for our arrival. Lunch is served on the lawn by the beach and the deck chair drink’s service is excellent.
There is a newly installed Padel court which is fairly priced and easy to hire too. Everything about this hotel is charming from the immaculate grounds to the relaxed vibe. For anyone wanting a party hotel this is not for you as it is a quiet family style hotel but there is nightly entertainment from live music to acrobatic shows. We wouldn’t hesitate to book another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel.

We loved the pool. The hotel wasn't too busy so there were lots of places to lounge. The breakfast is fantastic, great variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening which was also good and decent prices.
The hotel provides new bottled water each day.

Everything was perfect. This property is right on the beach. The photos don't do it justice. It's even much better in person. They have 3 restaurants on the property. The boat restaurant serves amazing seafood. My only regret is that we did not spend enough time exploring the facilities at the hotel. We were always out to see beautiful Mombasa. We will be back!
The NEW rooms were nice. The grounds were pretty and the location is right on the beach, which is nice. Staff very kindly upgraded me to a new room, which I really appreciated!
The hotel is located right on the beachfront with outstanding beach views during meals. They have great friendly staff personalised service. Thanks to hotel Manger Mr. Tuva who personally attended to us during our check in and gave us a tour of room options.
The location right on the beach is unbeatable. Walks on the beach are fun. Yuls or Char Choma can be reached on foot in a short time.
And here's a big shout out to the staff, front desk and maintenance. At the beginning of my stay I was quite upset about the poor condition of the apartment. Which is probably due to the owner. The staff was pretty busy trying to sort things out. A very big thank you to those who work in the house.
The property faces the ocean, and it is good in the afternoon to dip in the pool and sunbath by the beachside. There is a small bar on the beachfront with tiny swings for two. Just sitting in the swing, and having nice tropical cocktails by the ocean is soothing in itself. The garden is properly maintained with lots of loungers and hammocks to hang around. Lastly, the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunches is excellent. Wide variety of selection and everything tastes delicious. You can have the breakfast outside by the ocean as well.
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure the comfort of visitors. The meals are creatively varied and not the usual boring affair of many other beach hotels. The location of their beachfront spa is breathtaking with the soothing sound of ocean waves!
