Located just a little outside of the city centre, so quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Beach was close by and as a bonus, room price was inclusive of sunbeds in one of the beach clubs!
Room was spacious, spotless and confortable, additionally it had space for two large suitcases, even when open, Great! Good sized, clean and well functioning bathroom.
Really nice and friendly owners are living in the same building, so always available.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of San Benedetto del Tronto. It is literally seconds away from the city center but still quiet and secluded. Modern, with an industrial look, it provided everything we needed for our short vacation, but it's perfectly suited for longer stays. It also has a private dedicated parking spot, which was a big plus for us.
The bikes our host provided (for free) were super helpful, as we didn't have to use our car only for longer trips outside the city. Not to mention l'ombrelone and colazione included.
Overall, it was a great experience that only complemented the beauty of this little seaside town.

It’s a brand new apartment, very modern industrial chic design. Very clean with all comforts. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. Italian breakfast at café/bar included. Will definitely be back next time we’re in San Benedetto del Tronto! Thanks again! 10/10

I had a wonderful rest in your beautifully renovated apartment. I will always remember the beautiful tile colors! I liked going to the beach and being so close to the main square. It was easy to walk around the town and to and from the beach. Very comfortable and very safe for a solo traveler. It was great to have Piero meet me at the apartment and show me how everything works.

Only 100 metres from its own private beach and the seafront, The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Room was quiet and comfortable with good A/C. A reasonable breakfast was offered.

The apartment (we had Green apartment) was clean, spacious, fully equipped and met all our expectations. The price includes 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach, which was great. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk from the accommodation. The accommodation is located on the main street, where you can reach several shopping within a few minutes by car.

Loved the vintage style of the hotel and it's beachfront with beach service included.
The room is very good and comfortable and there is a door between the room and the restroom. The city is really nice. I chose the hotel because we had to sleep between a trip and can't wait to go back.
Great location on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Not many places open as it was coming to end of season. Good size pool and plenty of bike hire. Great parking facilities at a cost 7€ per night.
Staff went above an beyond arranging a birthday cake before my arrival.
Bed was comfy, rooms well equipped. Mini bar well stocked.
Staff were super nice from the day we arrived. The rooms and facilities were clean and hotel is in a good location despite not being on the beach front. Good selection for breakfast.
We were positively surprised that the accommodation providers also provide two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach with the apartment.
