It is less than a year old and equipped with modern features. The beach and walking/biking path are a stone's throw away. A good choice!

Beautiful property near the beach with great hosts and two very friendly dogs. Pool was great to cool off and we had some good food at the restaurants nearby.
We just stayed 2 nights, primarily to visit the nearby waterpark. The hotel is in a nice location right on the beach, and the restaurant in front of the hotel has good food. Breakfast was basic but adequate.
