This guesthouse was in a fantastic location and only a short 10 minutes walk from the train station. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The view I had was of the harbour which was beautiful. the staff were very friendly and helpful. The square in which it is located was very busy in the evening and had several cafes and restaurants to choose from. (I recommend the pizza place in the corner). The room for this reason have very good windows which offered great sound proofing and you could not really hear the noise once they were closed. Breakfast if at one of the local cafes which they give you a voucher for, the system works well and everyone is friendly and helpful. The location for the beach was fantastic and I was very happy with my stay here.

The appartement was everything it promised to be: new, clean, spacious, good beds, nice hot tub on the balcony… :)
Angela was nice and helpful and made us feel very happy to stay at the hotel.
The breakfast is served in cafe nearby and it was not very big, but we quite liked it.

Very friendly and nice owners. They responded to our questions immediately. Three bathrooms and bedrooms makes the flat spacious and it has a lovely garden. It is very central, with shops, restaurants and the train station close by. Nettuno was «tourist» free, which was great. Only Italians here.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.

Vanessa is a gem, but the real genius of this property is the location. You're literally sleeping on the beach, right next to a fantastic beach club/bar on one side and the largest sushi restaurant in Italy with a view of the sea on the other.
The location is perfect. You can leave the house and go to the sea immediately. You can rent sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach in front of the house. Walking distance to Nettuno and Anziyo centre. There is everything you need in the house. Giorgio is a helpful host.
I would like to stay here again.

Excellent location in the city center, surrounded by cafes, stores, and other good places. Just a few minutes away from beautiful beaches along the seaside. A lot of street parking available, with a convenient parking lot located 100 meters away at a reasonable price of around 4 euros overnight.
The apartment itself provides a great experience, equipped with everything you may need. We stayed in Nettuno but also traveled to Rome and other destinations by car, and we were extremely satisfied with our choice. Fully recommended.
Gorgeous location right on the beach. Well appointed studio appartment with sofa bed and two singles (we slept in the sofa bed we unfolded as the singles weren't made and could not be used). Comfy sofa bed. Lovely to have dinner / breakfast on the balcony with view / sound of the sea.

The owner is very helpful, he resolved all issues quickly, he was polite and courteous, he created the impression of comfort for our stay. The location is good, there are shops and cafes nearby, and most importantly the best beaches!

We loved the property, right on the beach. The beautiful veranda gave a lovely view of the sea, and we were close enough to be able to watch the children play on the waters edge. The old part of town, a 5 minute walk along the beach front is fabulous for eating.
