The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The apartment has comfortable beds, very good mattresses, closets, washer, line to dry clothes, blow dryer, dishwasher, TV, plenty of places to sit, large dining area and a few games. The neighbors were friendly, and the area is not full of British tourists. We found the locals to be very friendly, the area is safe - we had no issue walking around anywhere. Not everyone could speak English and our Italian is not great however we had absolutely no issues with communication. The beach is in walking distance, is clean and the water is clear and warm. We will be coming here again. Wifi was excellent, I had no issues using it with my UK work computer. We plan on coming again. Pablo gave us recommendations on restaurants and local places to visit, they were all very good.

Very nice and spacious inside and just a stone's throw from the beach. Also some great restaurants nearby for dinner. The owner was very helpful in booking us a lift to the airport as we were struggling with the language barrier while trying to book a taxi. Would highly recommend!

I sincerely recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to visit that region of Italy.
Honestly, it was better than I expected after reading the reviews. Inside the room was clean, the bathroom large enough with good water pressure. AC/heater and a real fridge were much appreciated too. The owner and staff all nice and friendly. Too bad we couldn't enjoy the beach due to bad weather, but it looked so nice! Enjoyed the breakfast too, cornetto with cream was so good. Will surely be back when the weather improves.
Breakfast was good also with some Gluten Free bread and pastry - Very good home made fruit tarts
Location is just perfect on the "private" beach and fast to reach from SS1 / highway.
Room size with small balcony was good.
