What can I say, the property was exquisite but what made our stay most memorable was the staff. Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommended. Located in a small village Marina di San Gregorio offers quiet surroundings, see view from the terrace, fully equipped kitchen etc. You will everything you need, including a washing machine, grill and ironing board. A lot of cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee machine etc makes you feel like at home. Front terrace, back terrace (including an additional shower) and top terrace. Everything is very clean and tidy and gives you a lot of comfort. Couple of beaches in a walking distance, couple of restaurants, bars and a really nice grocery shop.
Sara and Michele (the owners) are extremely nice people with "no problem attitude" if you need anything. I could go back there even today. Thanks a lot for everything and I hope we see you again very soon !
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Great large pool with clean water with a large shallow end for kids. Lovely view out to the sea from the pool area. Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast. Short 3-minute drive down to the beach.
Modern apartment with small garden area. Place to park. Spacious. Great host. Nice beaches and restaurants. Better have a car to commute and explore the area.
Location - near the sea, can choose several beaches just few steps from apartment. Caffes and restraunts are not far, but it is rather quiet place - for Torre Vado with restaurants and sea promenade is about 1 km on foot. Parking is on territory. Whashing machine and barbeque are available. Beds are comfortable, two barthrooms are good.
The sea is fantastic, absolutely clear light blue and green water. In the sea about 200 m you can still stand but there is enough water to swim. On the beach it is possible to rent an umbrella and two beds (15€), also to go to very good bar or restaurant.
The owner is very nice, kind and helpful. There weren't enough equipment in the kitchen, but next day we have everything what we need.
All as described in the previous comments: excellent sea with exceptionally clean water; very crowded beaches. Rental of beach umbrella with two beds now went up to €20 from €8-10. Facility is good - exactly as described. No seaside promenade and few restaurants - for that one has to drive to Leuca, Gallipoli or Otranto on the Adriatic side.
