After receiving the booking confirmation, Mr Giovanni called me and asked me if I wanted to stay only 1 night. I confirmed. He than said the room was not available and I had to cancel my reservation which I said I would not do. He sent me a written message via booking to inform me the room was not available but he did not officially cancel the reservation on booking.com which the day after asked me to confirm if I did not show up.
I would like in the future to the same place which looks very nice but how can I trust them???? 🤔

A fantastic place to which we will be happy to return in the future. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. Contact with the staff was very good. The apartment's biggest advantage was on access to the patio. Additionally, a great location - only 5 minutes' walk from the train station and the beach. Overall, we highly recommend it!
This was a little gem set off the main stretch of beachfronts. Frankly, for us - a family of 5, it was perfect. The apartment was big and clean with an extremely well-furnished kitchen (important for those who need to cook for little ones). It was a few more minutes from Mt. Conero but for the comfort, it was worth it.
Perfect location close to airport, free parking, great pool and exceptional staff team. Would highly recommend if you want an easy walk to beach and a clean no hassle stay.

The house is really close to the beach and bus. Beach is a 5 min walk and absolutly beautiful. A nice shallow water ideal for small kids to play. Nice restaurants on the beach . A store close . The house has everything a fridge an oven a coffemaker . A nice bathroom. The owner is really nice. And wifi works good
