We really had no luck on our journey. The suitcases got lost on the outward flight and the weather was not good on almost any day. Yuyun, Borja and the whole team make the holiday a wonderful experience. The accommodation is nice and comfortable. The restaurant in there serves fantastic food. At the moment, as I continue my journey, I miss not only the delicious coffee, but also the gado gado. Service is a top priority at all times and you feel like you're with your family. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.

Definitely recommended. I had the Superior bungalow with (limited) sea view and a small fridge which was not indicated on Booking.com. At my request, a small kettle was also provided so that I could make coffee or tea in the morning.  The bungalow is very clean and well maintained, the air conditioning works well. Nice terrace with hammock and chairs, separated by sliding doors that you can open completely.  The owner/responsible Roby is very attentive, sweet and committed to his guests. Scooter rental, laundry, becak (ask for Irfan, very reliable man!) all can be arranged, no problem. If he is not present you can go to Olala restaurant next door because this is family.  Recommended, but be careful, the bungalows are not located directly on a beach or above water but in a garden. You can snorkel (also super beautiful) from the pier located between the bungalows and the restaurant. No hot shower which would have been welcome on the days when the weather was bad.  I thought the extra money for the Superior bungalow was definitely worth it.  Pulau Weh is anything but a party island. So don't expect to be able to have a nice beer after diving, for example. Alcohol was only available to me at Freddies Santai Sumurtiga on the other side of the island. Non-alcoholic beer is available in 2 shops near the hotel.

Very nice location, up the hill, overlooking the ocean and with direct access to the reef with a million tropical fishes. Our host Wiggy was extremely helpful in getting us a motor bike, recommending a guide for a snorkeling trip and he gave us tips about where to go and to eat! We had a great 5-days on Pulau Weh!

I love lush vibrant tropical gardens, gorgeous beach at the front for a quick dip or leisurely long snorkelling, all the gorgeous gracious approachable yet friendly staff, the food, the relaxing tasty breakfast with the view, the location and the rooms I was staying in. I was very privileged and lucky to experience the lovely gorgeous owners’ traditional baby showering ceremony when I was staying this time. The whole wholesome experience in the Casanemo Resort and Spa always makes me relaxed giving a much needed break from a hectic productive living.

First of all a big compliment to all the staff who work there; everyone, without exception, is extremely friendly, professional and makes you feel very welcome as a guest at Freddies.  The location on the beach is idyllic. The type of room I had is definitely worth the money. There are 3 deluxe apartments with sea view next to each other. Your terrace is right above the beach or water (at high tide). The room is very spacious with a small fridge, safe, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar and also toiletries.  The room was cleaned very neatly, here again a compliment to the cleaning ladies.  As a westerner it is nice that you can have a glass of beer in the restaurant.

I had a very relaxed stay here, the rooms were clean, the on sight restaurant had nice food, and the facilities were great. They also have a canoe that you can use for free to paddle in the bay.

Beautiful spot with an amazing view on the ocean and nearby island. Super friendly people and a nice Italian-influenced restaurant. Nice hot shower with good water flow. Insanely beautiful snorkeling spot right in front of the restaurant! Sweet cats as well! :)
