There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
We decided to stay at the Aranyhomok due to its perfect location right in the very downtown of Kecskemét. The building is relatively old but very well revamped and inside it looks really good. The room was nice and spacious and had a cool balcony overlooking the Kecskemét’s main square. Bathroom was comfy and clean. The biggest plus for the location though - everything is within a very short walking distance.
Perfect location, comfy room with a fridge, I had a quiet room with a nice view.
I had a very busy trip so I had no time to check out the spa, but it is also free to use for guests.
Friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, we felt very welcomed. Stylish design and perfect location (right in the city center). Very good breakfast. Free parking in the underground garage.

Perfect location for a stop on the long drive. Very easy access to the main road. They have a really good restaurant, so no need to go somewhere after the whole day driving. Rooms are big enough for comfortably accomodate all our luggage. Very friendly stuff on the reception and in the restaurant. Big good free parking. Everytbing we are looking for on our constant drive through Europe. Will mark it on my travel map.
Perfect location in the city center, free private parking, 24hours reception desk, very nice almost domestic breakfast with some specific Hungarian dishes. and palinka (Hungarian brandy/schnapps). The room is small but well equipped, beds cozy and you can take good rest after busy day. There is next to the hotel a pub called Spotted Wolf with great choice of crafted beers.
