Our second time staying here. Last time in spring a couple of years back, this time late summer.
Just as good this time, which is to say: borderline perfection.
Incredible serene place to stay. Beautiful centuries-old building, wonderfully renovated and tastefully furnished. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the place, making it a great place to lounge around in, even if you don't go wandering in Brac.
The most welcoming staff. Not obsequious, just helpful, friendly and occasionally funny, and always on hand.
A delightful outside eating space for evening dinner. Under a tree canopy with lighting suspended from its branches.
And a genuinely excellent restaurant. Not a hugely varied menu, but lots of fish options (mainly caught that day), some veggie, and everthing is cooked wonderfully. Tuna lightly seared *just* right, seabass perfectly grilled, a risotto that was to die for.
The pool is lovely - although it's a natural sun-trap, it's also (mildly) heated, with about dozen loungers and shades. The walk to it is through a pristine green lawn.
Situated 150 metres from the centre of Bol on Brač Island, Villa Mediterranea offers a garden with a swimming pool.

Beautiful apartments right opposite the beach, spotlessly clean and a wonderful breakfast in the garden. Lovely walkway into Bol town centre which is absolutely stunning and so clean.
Mel the host, was very friendly and he and his staff work so hard to make our stay memorable.
We will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend this place.

Lovely place with a vegetable garden on the terrace. The host is extremely welcoming and responds fast to the messages. We got a welcome cake which was delicious.

Location is superb. Owners brought us dinner and wine one evening, fresh fried fish and side dishes, such a nice thing to do. Very comfy bed. We were delighted to find Postira and very happy with Apartment Banic.

Amazing location. Our room on 3rd floor had a balcony with a view of the harbour.
Thel aircon was good, but we did not have extreme temperatures during our stay. The breakfast was really good.

There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Very friendly hosts, Apartment very clean and well equipped. Great view, pool, parking for the car. Everything you need for great family holidays with children. A couple of supermarkets and restaurants are in walking distance. One must consider going to the beach by car as walking is not practical.
This apartment is great. The general layout of the bedrooms may be a bit cumbersome but the terrace is your spectacular new living room (with sitting area, dinning area, kitchen, TV, ...) which is accessible in rain and also in colder weather (you can close the walls, there are IR heating panels). Not to mention the heated swimming pool with a water slide your children will remember.
The best apartament which I ever be, quit area, big tarrace and very good host. You can eat breakfast on tarrace and listen sound of sea and forest. Apartament is clean and there is everything that you need. It is close to small beach (50 m by stairs). Very nice host and helpfull. Restaurance 500m, bike rent 50m.
The family are lovely and can’t do enough to make your stay special and enjoyable. The location is perfect with two restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and further restaurants in Sumartin which is a few minutes drive away.
The property has a private beach/jetty with loungers, a shaded area and also parasols. You have free access to the kayak and a paddle board if you desire to use them, there is also fridges where you can store drinks etc and a plentiful supply of ice.
Very nice and beautiful place, also the owner vas very friendly and nice. The brakefast was very diversified, splendid view, private beach vith a lot of beach equipment. Evrithing vas Wunderschon !!!
The apartment is detached from the rest of the houses, so you have the peace of mind regarding that. The closed beach is really near, basically next door, and the others are close by also. The apt is specious, new, bathroom is excellent with a walk-in glass shower worthy of nigh-end hotels.
Gorgeous view from the terrace! Amazing location, the beach is cute and the water very warm. Sumartin - the town across the bay, has amazing restaurants (Miron is a must try), Studenac market, Pekaro (try their burek) and a lot of local bars. Prices are very good, locals very friendly, it is a place that warms the heart and feeds your soul.
Owners are amazing and really friendly, we had a long trip and they bought us snacks and coffee, it made our day!
Apartment is new, clean and located near beautiful beach. Big supermarket and city centre are 1,5 km away. Owners and Mrs. Josipa are very frendly and always available, when you need them. If you want a peaceful vacations, I recommend you to visit apartment Hidden Sunset.
