Meticulously maintained family run and owned business who were very helpful, informative and kind from checkin through to check out. They responded quickly to our questions and went out of their way to help us book a day boat tour, book an Uber, and even packed us a small lunch for the 2 days we weren’t able to attend breakfast. Breakfast was excellent too! Pool was enjoyed and is perfect for cooling off at the end of the day or if you don’t want to go to the beach. The room was very modern and comfortable.

- very nice host: Ratko responded quickly and resolved any issues that arose - beautiful environment with pine trees & flowers and an outdoor community recreation area with sea view - right next to the beach (direct way down with cca. 3 floors of stairs) - cool (good air conditioning), cosy, modern, simple apartment (fresh air, no bugs). small terrace with super comfy outdoor furniture - everything was clean meticolously - very comfortable, large bed & bedding - shower was big (with a bench), never once happened to have cold water - well equipped kitchen (dishes like new, pre-made liquid soap and dish soap with new sponge) - neighbors & environment were quiet - wifi speed: 20-80 mbps

Location The location was easy to find via Google Maps and the entry was accurate. Podstrana isn’t a huge place/town but the luxury apartment Mia was situated perfectly. Not directly on the main road yet still close enough to be close to the beach which can be reached in 2min on foot. It’s a quiet and private neighborhood and you won’t be bothered by anything. Host Julia was friendly, open, and very helpful with additional travel tips about the area. She was available at any time if we needed anything and was very considerate. We are looking forward to the next opportunity to be her guest. Accommodation The apartment is big, with nice modern decoration, a very stylish bath as well as a kitchen. The living room area has a huge smart TV, and a VERY and I do mean VERY comfortable couch which doubles as a bed in case more people are staying the in the apartment. Two balconies allow you to put your laundry on one and enjoy the spacious balcony with a seaside view and a jacuzzi. The apartment even has a washing machine as well as a dishwasher for extra comfort during longer stays. Kitchen appliances were plentiful including a filter coffee machine, Nespresso (or some other capsule machine), plenty of dishes etc.

Very helpful and friendly host who greats you on the entrance, with a welcome drinks and full information just what you need to know. Comfortable rooms with just a perfect view on the sea and sunsets. Small but cosy balcony, for evening chills. Well equipped and thought through for a beach stay - there was a drying rack on the balcony for a swim suits and towels, which was very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. The was 2 beach chairs and umbrella in the room price, and the small beach just a couple metres from the property. Just right on the corner Cibus restaurant with super fresh and delicious menu.
