The location was perfect, only 20min on foot from the centre of Opatija. This was great for us because we wanted to spend New Year's eve there. Apartment was great... Big enough, great kitchen with everything we needed.

Such a beautiful hotel, with excellent staff. Lovely views from the balcony room. Beds were comfy & the rooms were quiet at night. Breakfast was lovely. We had swim and a sauna / steam, all facilities were very clean. A beautiful coastal walk right infront of the hotel. Restaurants only a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice apartment, very functional and with really good spaces. Bed is very comfortable. The garden outside is beautiful, with a gazebo with chairs and table under the amazing bouganville! Position is perfect for reaching the city center and the seafront by foot. Parking lot included. Ana is a really nice and kind host.
There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of swirling waves and the smell of sea air through your bedroom window. Beachfront accommodation comes in a variety of forms, from well decked-out resorts to secluded homestays and villas. Beach hotel amenities can include air-conditioned rooms, private terraces overlooking the sea and outdoor pools with adjacent bars.
Stayed here with my Mum and my puppy. It was close to the beach and the seaside in general, we had dinner by the sea almost every night, and there is a small mall within 5 minutes walking distance with a pretty big grocery shop (Plodine) and it even has a pharmacy and a drogerie markt. The view from the balcony is Gorgeous, it's really spacious too. Everything is well equipped and comfortable, and last but not least, the host is very sweet and kind.

Well-equipped, clean, small flat in 5 min walk from the seaside/beach. Very quiet and green area. Friendly owner met us at the gates, showed the flat and gave tips about the restraunts and nearby beaches. He also lives in the house and available any time for any further quieries.

Spacious apartmamet, everything what is needed was there. Parking arranged by the host, considering Opatija city planning it was close and convenient. 3 mins away from seaside beach and walking promenade. Outside table and chairs for having breakfast/dinner outside or just to chill.
Excellent seaside location right at Lungomare. Direct access to sea from hotel’s beach deck and good food/drinks at the beach bar. Sun beds are not included in the room rate which I didn’t mind since that meant they were available without people reserving them unnecessarily. Good breakfast. Bicycles for rent (although there are really no bike paths or lanes nearby).
Very nice appartements with big rooms in an old beautiful croatian villa close to the old town of Opatja and ocean. 200 m zo the beach, maybe 500m to the beautiful center. Very big kitchen and 2 beautiful sunset balconys
It’s beachfront. Rooms are cozy. Yoga & Pilates on the deck organized by the hotel was a nice touch. Compare to other hotels right next to it on the beachfront it’s cheaper. Breakfast was plentiful. I rate it 10 out of 10.
It's my 2nd stay in this hotel. I am very satisfied with quality of room, staff are great, friendly and helpful. Its my preferable hotel whenever I travel to Opatija. I can only recommend. The location is right in front of seaside with private beach which is great plus for me. I was on lunch break on another 5* hotel in Opatija and I must say that I prefer Heritage much better in terms of food and service.
