We loved everything, and I could easily say that this is one of the smartest apartments we've ever stayed in - functional, yet charming, very clean, with everything one might need. All of our rooms had their own exit to the sea-view-balcony. We stayed outside of the main tourist season, but I can tell that the available parking spot is a great advantage during the season. Nearby, there is a magical walkway through a forest park down to the sea. It could be good to know that we weren't here in the summer, but we could imagine going to the beach from here with no problem. We are usually explorers, and this is a great starting spot, but it was very rainy, and we didn't care because the view was great, and the apartment so comfortable and spacey - we didn't feel trapped at all. Two more things that were amazing: good heating system - that's like winning a lottery on Croatian coast; and plenty of kitchenware, including dishes. We absolutely loved it.

Perfect location right on the beach. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great for people with children. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again!

The staff and breakfast were exceptional. Emil made me feel like family. The breakfast was just outstanding -- fresh-baked rolls, delicious cheese platter, and croissants right out the oven with refreshing juice. But back to Emil; he was awesome in explaining things and being so kind. I have probably traveled to over 50 countries and stayed at countless hotels. This was in my top five experiences in terms a wonderful host and meal (breakfast, which was the only meal I ate there, as I was sleeping early for a marathon).

What a rare gem!!! Surely one not to be missed... Hotel Guest House Deškovič is only 5 min walk downhill to the beach, the accomodation is extremly clean, rooms are spacious and the beds are ever so confy, best nights sleep i had for a long time. Bathrooms are newly tiled and everythig is sprakling clean. There are plenty of outside seating areas, with a fire place and a working water fountain, around the house beautiful hydrangeas in all sorts of colours, a 30 year old kiwi plant arch, everything looks AMAZING! For an aditional charge you can have breakfast with a variety of salamis, hams, cheeses, butter,cheese spreads chocholate spread, jams, coffee, tea, croisants, rolls all very tastefull and more than enough. Sylvana the host is a very kind, helpfull, caring professional person, who puts her heart and effort into making the guests stay wonderfull. It was our first time in Croatia, but not the last.. we will be back for sure! In a short sentence i can highly recommend Sylvanas guest house , you wont be dissapointed.

The place is clean and spacious. The comfort is quite good, it has parking space for the car, and it's close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. However, you will have to go up and down stairs.

The rooms are stylish and very comfortable, equipped with a very good big bed, different sizes of pillows and everything you need, even additional seats and a working desk. Wi-fi was very good (enough for me to work easily in Zoom). Very modern bathroom is equipped with a big and comfy shower cabin. And, what’s nice, there is a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The breakfasts were also very good! And staff is very helpful and friendly!
