The location of the hotel was just perfect, literally across the road from the beach.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were allowed to check in early as our room was ready and was offered a free welcome drink.
The room was to the rear of the hotel directly opposite its own parking lot. Our room was on the ground floor with a nice balcony to sit out, the balcony was nice and shady as there was a small tree directly in front.
Our room was really spacious and had two double beds, a nice modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. The sockets near the beds even had USB points.
Just 20 metres from the nearest, sandy beach, Paradise is located in the village of Nea Vrasna. It features self-catering accommodation with free WiFi and Aegean Sea views.

Brekfast was excellent. The location just at the seaside, the beach is very nice, the pension Delfini is also a restorant so you can have all meals there. Very convinient. Very pleasant.

This was our second stay in the house, many thanks to the awsome owners! Everytning is perfect. The location for the resort is top, quiet, but on the main streat in front of the beach. Very clean,( all the facilities are provided and the owners make your stay to feel as you are at home and special. Mind to mention that the food is very delicios too. It is the second time we stayed at this apartment at Litsa, it is a beautiful location, very close to the beach , also very clean apartment that has everything you might need for a family vacation. The accommodation is nice and clean, in my opinion excellent value for money.
It is located in a quiet area, really 2-300 meters from the sandy beach.
The settlement is quiet, but there are shops and restaurants nearby.
A larger store is also a few minutes away by car.
I recommend it to families and groups of friends.

I really liked being here. It is really close to the beach. The rooms were clean. The guests are mostly families with kids. My child had good time playing with the other children. I am planning to stay here for a longer time next year.

The place is great! There is anything what you can need. The room is big enough with a big balcony space. But the best thing is the garden, private parking and kids playground. You can let your kid to go in the garden and to stay in safe all the time. The beach is in walking distance where you can stay without taxes and almost alone on the beach. The host was very polite to allow us late check-in and check-out. Highly recommend it and will be back for sure
This is a real hidden treasure of the Nothern Greece seaside. Recently built and perfectly maintained facilities, comfortable beds, fully stuffed kitchen with modern equipment. Terrace looking into a green area. It is conveniently located to choose between three beaches: Paralia Vrasna, Stavros Beach and Neo Vrasna Beach.
