It was our second stay in Skala hotel. 2 years ago, we stayed in the same room. Staff was fenomenal! Nice and polite. Wifi was perfect!Very clean hotel, towel change every day, cleaning every day. Very nice breakfast with various types of food. Beach is 3 minutes away (walking distance). You have tavernas and bars near. Main pedestrian street full of tavernas and shops is 5 minute walking. Everything was perfect!

The hotel is located across the sea. It has its own area by the sea, at any time of the day you can find a place under the umbrella. Price 12 eur. The entrance in the water is good for children.
Daily cleaning. The restaurant is something mega. Very tasty. Small but nicely landscaped grounds, including parking.

A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

We had a great stay at Makis. The position is ideal for easy access to tavernas and beach. Beach beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced. Staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were quite basic but recently refurbed, so modern and clean with comfy beds. The landscaping around the hotel was attractive and well kept. We would happily stay again.
Porto Skala Hotel Village is a spacious complex set in attractive gardens and quiet surroundings. It is perfectly placed in an amphitheatric shape and enjoys marvellous views of the Ionian Sea.

Exceptional location, rooms where exactly like the photos, beautiful garden side, sea views even from our bed! Free sun beds are available at the beachfront! Owner Yiannis did his best to make sure we are happy and comfortable. Nice bar by the beach to enjoy a great cocktail!Complementary bottle of kefalonian local wine, toiletries and more! Every day clean towels provided and housekeeping! An amazing breakfast basket was delivered every day rich and freshly cooked,pastries, eggs all ways , fruit juice, milk, granolas, muesli,vegan vegetarian gluten free options where available as well! We definitely come back more days next season!
Anyone who criticises this has probably lost of touch with reality or bad purpose .

The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to amenities. It’s small and has a personal feel. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough to help you. A fantastic place to stay.

The location was right on the beach. The beachfront area with was rocky, but nice. The pool area is nice and right next to the restaurant and bar in case you’d like to have a drink while swimming. The breakfast was extensive and delicious - nectarines, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and pastries, fresh vegetables, feta, lunch meats, eggs - really nice spread. Oh they also had a travel library and I exchanged some books and always had something great to read!
Property was in a good position right on the beach and we were provided with a regular change of towels/ sheets.
That is the only good point about number 8 room !!!!!
The property is located just off the main Skala to Poros road about 1.5 miles from Skala. Excellent parking. Car recommended but very good taxi service available, about 7 euros one way into Skala town, a seaside town with fantastic restaurants and varied and popular bars. The long beach alongside which the coastal road runs is superb.
It is evident that the owners take great care of the three villas that make up this complex. Each has its own pool in a relatively private and secluded lawned area.
Beautiful location, great views, awesome outdoor space, nicely decorated villa at a great price. Great communication from owner, really quick to respond to msgs. We loved our time there. Great restaurants and bars close by and you can pick your way down to the beach along a little path. We were in Ratzakli for a wedding being held at Tartarooga so this was the perfect location for walks to the beach bar & Kaminia beach is a turtle haven area of natural beauty. Easy drive to Skala for nights out and Katelios for dinner on the beach.
