Convenient to the port, but taxi or uber is needed. The terrace is a pleasant spot, unless the weather is too hot. Having a washing machine is very convenient. Good value.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff and facilities made our 7-day stay a dream come true. The hotel is located close to the seashore, it is true that there is a busy road in front of it, but we were not affected by the noise. In the vicinity of the hotel there is a bus and tram station, and many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill any request with a smile on their face. We received an exceptional welcome cocktail on the hotel's gorgeous rooftop terrace, free sweets and water in the room, housekeeping is done daily and care products are replaced, the cleanliness is impeccable. We had free access whenever we wanted to the hotel's private beach, to the small pool with bubbles on the terrace and to the private jacuzzi on the ground floor. At the private beach across the street, you get a deckchair, towels and water for free. The breakfast is extremely tasty, varied. I cannot express the thanks I bring to the hotel for the way they treated us, and for the kindness of the manager to talk with us and give us a small gift on departure.

BEST hostel ever, it’s like you get to live in a mansion with its own beach access. I didn’t use the kitchen but it’s big, the WiFi is great, the sitting areas to work or relax are incredible
During our stay at Marina Zeas Seaside Studio we had a situation where the electricity went out. Yvonne was on the phone and solved the whole problem right away. She provided us with alternative accommodation for one night, which she paid for until the problem was resolved. The next day we could return to the accommodation when everything was fine with the electricity. Her approach to the situation was calm, awesome and fast :)
This is an incredible place with an awesome host who really cares about her guests having the best experience. Sofia is beyond wonderful!
The location right on the beach is great away from busy Athens but yet so close to Piraeus and the center of Athens. The yellow trolley #20 will drop you off just minutes by foot to reach Bed Wave or a taxi for 5 euros.

It was in the perfect location. Hotel occupies very close to the one of the best beaches of Athens which is called Votsalakia beach. It’s just for 3 mins from hotel. Breakfast was also good. Personnels were kind and cheerful😊
I loved it being right on the beach. It was nice, clean and tidy. Amazing value for money if you stay in a dorm.
The vibe on the beach by the waterpolo courts (5 mins away) was very cool. 20 mins (hilly) walk to metro station, which goes straight to airport.
Amazing place to stay! The staff are very warm and welcoming, and super friendly. The hotel is right on the beach with brilliant ocean view! Room was clean and comfortable. Balcony was great to sit out in the evening with some wine and enjoy the atmosphere. Close to tavernas and Gelato!! It really is the best location to stay.
Location is just breath taking, rooms are great and affordable 👌 super close to restaurants, a 15 minute walk to the airport bus and shops. So so stunning with private beach access and George (host) is very welcoming with a heart of gold!
