The location was perfect—right by the water with amazing views. The private beach was quiet and felt exclusive, a great spot to unwind. The property itself was well-maintained, with a nice blend of style and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist without hovering. I must say that I am very pleasantly surprised by the very generous hospitality of the owner and his family. Everything was fine, they fulfilled all our wishes. A comfortable stay for parents with a baby, very spacious rooms, a full bathroom and kitchen, everything you need. They are always smiling and kind. We will be happy to come back again. I recommend it because of the excellent location by the beach and the center is right there. Everything is close.

The reservation was for my parents (who do not speak English) so the communication had to go entirely through me (in another country!), yet it was flawless, fast and 110% effective!
Since my folks were traveling from far away, their hosts prepared the apartment way earlier than the announced check-in time and offered them to stay way later than the announced check-out time!

The place is exceptionally clean, the people are very kind and ready to help you with anything. The view is amazing since the hotel is right on the beach. The parking is private and spacious.

The staff, garden and balcony in our apartment was perfect. The location is very good and quiet. Not so close for walking to the center (but personally I like that 15 min. walking), and the nicest beach, but you have the seaside very close and by car you can be in the center or on the nice beach in just a couple of minutes.
The parking is also nice and I think this is a good value for the money in general.
Love the seafront view and location to the best beach in Pefkochori. The terrace views are amazing and give you a feeling that you are alway on the beach, but enjoying from a private setting.
