The studios have a very nice location-just above the beach with a view to Panagia island. It offers the opportunity to jump in the sea before breakfast. It is quite spacious for the old town of Parga. It is a decent and very practical place to stay if someone wishes to explore Parga.

The room (number 108) was good.
The bathroom was generally fine, with large window and good pressure water and functional drain at shower.
The balcony was large enough, with good privacy and great view to the front landscape.
The parking was large (spots still available at 10 PM).

El Mar House Parga is the perfect place to stay for your vacation! The house is very spacious and it has all the amenities you may need. It is very cozy and clean. The hosts are the most friendly and welcoming people! They gave us detailed information about the area and the best places to visit and this was very useful for us. The best part is the location! The house is right on the beach! I highly recommend the place. Also, the center of Parga and the castle are on walking distance.

The hotel is in a perfect location and we had reserved a parking place. It's hard to move around by car in the area so that was very convenient as we could go anywhere in the town on foot. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary bits. The staff is very friendly and gave us advice on the beaches that we could go. The breakfast is good, has the basic food.

*Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of fruit, cereal and nuts, some vegetables (fresh and cooked), boiled eggs, fried eggs, omelette, pancakes, French toast, jam, some pastry and cakes. The men in our group would have appreciated the menu not to be the same every day.

Location, staff and room were fabulous. It looks like it’s not right on the beach, but it definitely is! It has the hotel rooms, then pool, then restaurants and onto the beach.
I especially loved that the hotel is family owned and ran.
