Good location, close to some of the best beaches, cleaning was done daily, towels taken every 3 days, AC in every room, very large balcony, private parking and very nice stuff. At the end of the holiday they sent us a bottle of wine into the room and they were always asking us how our vacation is, if we need anything else, etc.
Great garden with nature all around, ideal for hot summer days. Quiet and peaceful, without the crowd and heat of bigger nearby places. Best beach on Kasandra (Xenia beach) is 800m away (about 10 minutes by foot) - no other place is this close, except from the hotel complex nearby.

Villa was comfortable and clean, equipped with a kitchen. Restaurant was good, HB menu was more then enough for us. Personal was helpful and kind, thank you guys. Private beach is ok, have drinks and beds/umbrellas. Stone bottom but at least we not meet urchins. Better to go send beach by a car
Liked the sound of the waves in the night, sitting outside the tent on the beach in the evening although there is not much place on the platform... Perfect accommodation for a good sleep. The air conditioning is good, which is a must during the day because the igloo is in the sun with no shadows or trees near. Beachfront
The house is situated in an olive garden near the sea away from the village. The balcony view is stunning. The beach in front of the house is with small rocks and crystal clear water. It is not hosted by anybody and almost nobody goes to that part of the beach. There is a hotel near the house but the guard did not allowed us to stay on the beach or visit the restaurant. One of the best beaches - Crousso beach is 15 minutes by car but it is better to have reservation or to go to the free zone earlier.
I had private pool, a garden view and a sun terrace to enjoyed the amazing sunset! The Wi-Fi was fast and free throughout. The private beach of the property was only a few steps away with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Room was spacious, spotless and luxurious. Kappa Resort's had also an award-winning restaurant which was served gourmet cuisine in a really good prices. I will be back again for more days for sure!
let’s start with the location- at the very end of the peninsula, on a hill close to the seaside, giving the amazing sea view from every house. away from the noise cities, a real oasis. At the same time is just 10km far from all nice beaches and restaurants.
the facility- few private houses and few suits, very comfortable, well furnished, with private pools.
