Excellent location. The beach was right across the street (the only negative thing i would say as traffic is quite heavy, so extra caution is taken with smaller children, cant let them cross on their own). The beach bar is also part of the Kasta brand so as guests of the hotel we got reserved spots on the beach. The beach gets a lot of people, but it doesnt feel crowded. Restaurant was extremely good, one of the best along the strip. Buffet breakfast was modest but also very tasty. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. All facilities in the room worked perfectly without issue. The hotel is located on a smaller street so parking around it is limited, but there are plenty of spaces across the street closer to the beach, just need to get there in time before the crowds. Also Mondays (till 15:00) there is a bazaar at the parking lot, so cars can get blocked in.
Otherwise everything was perfect, definitely recommend.

Excellent location, the house is amazing, the view is beach front and the terrace is very pleasant place to chill. All together there are 2 additional balconies. The house is perfectly clean and has all amenities. I would highly recommend the property.

The apartment is just very spacious, with everything you need. Comfortable beds, huge terrace, air conditioned, parking in front of the property for free, 1 min walk from the main street, food market, restaurants, arcades. 3 mins walk from the beach, perfect location. Very big bathrooms , all the sofas can become very nice beds. We are tottaly satisfied !

The owner has a very good restaurant with tasty food, not serving breakfast but perfect for lunch and dinner.
To stay on the beach using the chairs and the umbrellas you could order directly to their beach restaurant- there is no fixed price, you just need to order whatever you want: drinks/food.

The place is not just good, it is incredible in which the smallest detail has been thought of. Everything is injured with great desire and professionalism. What is the most important is the personal attitude of Theodoros, who accepts you as a friend and not just a guest and who is a pleasure to talk to. Located in a quiet place with a perfect location. The host was prepared advertisement materials and recommendations about restaurants, bars and beaches. Also sweets and juice/water were waiting us. I recommend it to everyone.
