The room was nice and it had everything we needed. Everyday when we leave for the beach the staff would tidy our room, and they changed bedsheets and towels every third day. All staff was pleasant and helpful. At the reception area there is coffee machine you can use for free; some cakes and cold water.

The location is very good since you are only few metres away from the beach and main street where are most of the restaurants. We had a parking spot available as well. We were upgraded to a large suite which was immaculate and very luxurious.
The staff are great.. attentive and friendly.
Excellent food especially the breakfasts. The hotel has its own bakery. On the way to breakfast you can collect pastries to have with your coffee. Probably the best breakfast experience I have had at a hotel.
We had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing, luxurious weeks away.

We didn't order а breakfast. The apartment has a kitchen that has all the comforts, a microwave oven, a toaster, and other electrical appliances and a coffee machine. Also coffee, tea, honey and other things. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of cold wine
The hosts were very nice and kind. They went out of their way to prepare the apartment for us to check in earlier. There are all kinds of amenities in the apartment - from household products to cosmetics for you such as shampoos, gels, beach creams, mosquito spray and whatever you can think of. The house is close to the beach and the main street with restaurants and is also in a quiet and peaceful location.

The location is near the beach and also bar and restaurants. You just get out of the building and you are right on the seafront.
Room was very clean, well equipped kitchen including a coffee machine with some capuccino pods and 2 bottle of water in the fridge.
Staff were very responsive and friendly. Room was cleaned, bedsheets and towels were changed at 2 days distance.
Our room wasn’t on the seaside part which was very good as it was quite during the night like if you weren’t in the middle of the Nikiti excitement.
Great apartment, located just few steps away from Nikiti beach. Fully equipped, with all amenities, not only needed for few days at seaside, but for regular living, which is very uncommon in Greece. Communication with owner was very smooth and straightforward. Every recommendation goes to Casa Despoina.
Perfect location, relaxed vibe, welcoming host, family friendly, huge yard with the private beach access. Natural shade in the yard where you can chill during the hottest time of the day, while kids are playing.. Very gradual and shallow access to the sea, so you can sit back in the yard and don't worry about the children playing on the beach. Not crowded.

I had an incredible stay at Villa Miranda in Nikiti! This beachfront villa offered the perfect getaway – it's not only right on the beach but also incredibly peaceful and clean. The owner was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Plus, the nearby Sandy's Beach and turquoise waters added to the overall charm. A 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
